Gandalf Wasn't it in a wallbase? ------- What hapened with my wallpapers between this: http://alpha.wallhaven.cc/wallpaper/158719 and this http://alpha.wallhaven.cc/wallpaper/158175 Those wallpapers haven't still been in "latest" gategory and I am not even able to find them by tags.. Such feeling like they're never existed.

Well we aren't wallbase. This site is written from scratch and we're still a long ways away from features like that. ^^

After the last update we had some problems with the indexing queue and a couple of wallpapers didn't get indexed at all. The ones you mentionened are likely among those. I think AksumkA plans to manually run the indexer this weekend, after that they should appear as usual.

The walls I uploaded today never showed in the general listing, but are in my personal upload list. What happened? Two days ago you guys stated that:

"We've identifyed the issue with the queue and have a fix in place. Wallpapers should fall into the listings much sooner and last seen times should be accurate (up to ~3 min)."

I am just wondering if I should stop uploading until the issues are resolved?

JB00GIE We're still figuring out the best settings for the queue so new wallpapers (and other data) are getting processed at appropriate speed. The wallpapers aren't getting lost, so don't worry about uploading more.

@stylez: if you mean your uploads aren't appearing, please see the most recent comments.

cfunk: No, I mean that I dont have access to the upload page. When i click "Upload" there shows me a message that I don't have access to this page.

@stylez You were banned from uploading because you uploaded your wallpapers in the wrong category. We can unban you if you're gonna make sure all your future uploads are in the correct category, as well as purity settings and some approriate tags.

Is it normal that adding tags works sooo shitty and slowly? No matter if while viewing a wallpaper or while uloading new wallpapers. Or this is only in my case?

klepow, tags are a complete mess right now. We're still working on getting them back up and running.

AksumkA I got a warning, what was made wrong? 'Category', You mean it should be 'People', not 'General', don't You? I see, OK, that's my fault, but I rly don't know what is: "Flag your uploads correctly" ?

klepow, by flagging I mean purity settings. Make sure you're picking the appropriate levels (SFW, Sketchy, NSFW)

Gandalf Ehh. I will tell you something. I got hundreds awesome wallpapers but uploading to wallheaven is really hard. Why? 1. I can upload only 20 walls in one time and it's kinda shitty. 2. I have to choose purity but when I choose purity for some of those 20 walls and then I upload them the rest are forgotten and I have to choose them again in the next upload. And those tags.. Really messy and tiring. I don't have a money for uploading so I don't want to waste my time. It's not offensive. I just propose to change they way to upload.

@stylez :I think you have an option to upload or not to upload a wallpapers here. As I can see you chose to upload. So, folloow the rules, don't be lazy, don't complain and take your time to tag and flag wallpapers. It is as simple as that. You are not alone who is a little bit upset with a speed of uploading but I think it is a temporary thing. Also for phr34k :Mate you are uploading loads of wallpapers now, I wrote to your profile to you to tag them and you are just ignore it so I decided to write it here for you: TAG YOUR WALLPAPERS. I am tired to see how some uploaders can be so ignorant and lazy with uploading.

It would be rreally cool to have a comment section for the wallpapers

kejsirajbek: if it's too much hassle for you to follow rules and put in a little effort, maybe this isn't the site for you. I doubt you'll find a wallpaper site out there that'll pay you for the effort either. There's nothing stopping you from proposing changes, but if your only reason is laziness, that won't cut it.

Change it how? Make some constructive suggestions, then we can talk about it. Tagging is still a little slow but we're working on it. That's why it says ‘Alpha’ in the corner.

As for the 20 wallpapers limit: You're not supposed to dump hundreds of wallpapers on here without a second care about where they end up. We've got categories and tags so people can search for and filter wallpapers. The fact that it'll make you sort out your uploads properly is precisely why that limit is in place. Otherwise someone else will have to clean up after you and that's not cool.

Do you guys have any plans on allowing us to see Favorites and views within a certain time span, like a month or week?

Hey Guy´s ! just wanna say that I was a huge fan of your old page i just loved it ! I already like the new one with these little features like the new profile. But I just wanted to say that I would change the homescrren page colour where you get if you search for the site. Just like the black colour that wallbase had. Would be amazing. (sry for my grammar I´m german)

I heard about Wallbase only once it'd already gone down, and I think it would've been awesome if it was just Wallhaven but more. I think adding a comments section to pictures would be the only real constructive criticism I can give. Looking forward to the website's proper release!

You should implement a way for normal users to report suspicious users and spammers.
