I edit stuff I favorites. I share stuff I edited, so everyone can enjoy it!
I made a wallpaper, the image belong to their original author. The original source is added if possible. You may check it yourself, or help me, if you acknowledge. (Disclaimer: If you the source is the same, then it's unedited and served as is. No, I don't make artwork, I made wallpaper out an art work.)

garett Oh, thank you
Some Pixiv Fanbox posts are free (all users; no login and subscription required). You are legitimately upload these here. Also don't forget to put the source of artworks and make the artist more known.
I mean, it's legitimate as one from Pixiv or Twitter. Including the source (tag the artist, put the source link, etc) as paying respect for the artist.
The main thing is quality, not quantity, you give everything. All the same, this is a voluntary activity, so you can't get away from us :D
I'll think about "STOP DOING THINGS ON THIS SITE" (aka retire) once I hit 5,000 uploads.
The site is growing and I'm only a small dip on most of the contributions. See: https://wallhaven.cc/stats
You are free to sign up an account (if you haven't done yet) then stars your favorites wallpapers so you wouldn't miss it.
I'm having fun. Don't worry about me.
You might want to lookup for the source of a gallery before get it uploaded here. Some third-party sites modify and reduced its quality, which is bad.
Here are useful sites for reverse image search: https://saucenao.com/ https://iqdb.org/
Twitter compress and reduces the quality and some artists upload their artworks on multiple platforms. If the artworks in question is available on Pixiv (or other similar sites specified for arworks, eg DevianArt, etc), then prefer one from Pixiv.
1% of unloads are my third-party edit and recreation from other medium which is specified for wallpaper desktop. The rest are artworks as it is (original), but I get these uploaded with idea of these fit as wallpaper in my mind.
tl;dr: I don't lay eggs, but I do able to tell which ones are good eggs and potentially good.
I cite the source as possible as I could. The broken links (eg, source removed by author, etc) goes to Danbooru and Booru sites if available.
I might added the source as the wallpaper uploaded or days later. You can help me find the source by use these sites: https://saucenao.com/ https://iqdb.org/
Some wallpapers has no source or linked to another wallpaper: these are my edits.
There are particulars franchises and artists I'd like to avoid as I could as possible because of reasons. Them being popular or having boring similar charm points is one of the reasons.
My hard drive disks from all my PCs in my possession are almost full lol
I don't really edit stuff; I wish I'm passion-full to do so. 1% of my uploads are my edits.
By do not edit (upload as is), I don't have to spend more energy on figuring out and thinking the further of uploads (in case it got taken down; etc).
