Software Quality Assurance Test Engineer since 1985. I'm one of the many people who loves technology and always wanted to be part of its advancement. Working for software development companies and independent test labs has always placed me in positions to do just that. Though I have not accomplished anything that has been a turning point in tech evolution, I have been fortunate enough for a career in the advancement of tech to have found me. Many people have to determine what they would like to do in their lives, but some of us are lucky enough to have a calling, or at least something that is both beneficial to society and a natural extension of ourselves. Computers did that for me and pulled me into a world where today's tech was just being born from little more than a pile of heavy paper weights with cords to plug them into the power grid and each other (eventually). When you're not even two years old and your mother finds that you will be still and quiet when she sets you down in front of a television showing episodes of a brand new show called "Star Trek", your direction in life naturally follows.
I am a rocker with long hair, enjoy playing all of my instruments (from acoustic and electric guitars, bass guitars, drums, some keyboard, and various others), fishing, photography, art, TV, movies, novels, and general education especially in tech. I'm always taking classes, whether at a local college or online, and expect to be learning something every day ogf my life.
Now, back to today's technology...
