When I attempt to upload, I get this...

The 215434 ID doesn't seem to lead anywhere and Google Images finds [4vwr68] which just has a pixel shorn from height & width and has lost 80% of the source image data.

I would like to upload the original source image submission from Run Your Jewels, Round 7 and properly source and tag it.

Theoretically this image is already uploaded onto wallhaven, but as you said the 215434 doesn't show any images... Its probably just a bug =/

ID 215434 was merged into this one:
2560 x 144031
Since the one you found here (313245) was a much lower quality I now also merged it into the one above and updated the source with the link you provided.

Not sure exactly why it pulled the older ID, but our dupe detection is still total crap, so when we get around to overhauling it, this sort of thing shouldn't happen again.
