I'm a little confused on the screenshot of video games rule. The rule states that Only high quality SS are allowed, these are NOT high quality in the slightest yet were ruled fine after being reported. I've had images of much higher quality deleted claiming that "pixels are visible" Maybe the moderators need to get on the same page

Low quality is indeed a relative term. I haven't played any of the low quality SS games, but are you sure they don't look just like this in-game?
Then I think it's ok for it to be here, as it wouldn't be low quality, it'd be the original quality.
These games seem to apply very heavy post processing effects, to add more cinematic feel to them. I don't see how, in the case of Batman, it's uploaders fault that the game is rendered blurry, defocused with camera dispersion and some noise.
The Assasin's creed one's are a little suspicious to me, may be upscaled to FullHD, but who knows. Might be the same thing, with jpeg compression artifacts that make it look really bad. But I agree that it doesn't look great.
If your wallpapers were deleted for "visible pixels", it was probably justified. If you reported these and admins still don't mind, it might be what I mentioned above.

...why do you care so much about a wallpaper being deleted? They don't seem that terrible to me. Maybe link your deleted wallpaper for comparison, if that's your point?
I cleared those wallpapers because they simply are not low quality. There is some very deliberate grain and grunge thing going on in the batman shots that was probably added in post.
The Assassins Creed ones are border line, you could rule those either way. But as far as video game screenshots go I think they are passable.
Also I did delete a whole bunch of that set because there were like 10 almost identical versions of some of those wallpapers. I tried to show a little more tolerance for the rest.
Btw alec you don't have to report every single one. If you report two or three of a set like that we're going to check out the rest as well.
