My apologies. I forgot to check the forum. Page simply cuts below one size of the screen. It's only on chrome and it doesn't seem that anyone else has this problem

Do you have any extensions installed? Are you on the latest version (49)?

Bingo! It was extension.By disabling them one by one,I've found that Color Enhancer extension causing this issue.
