Replace image

Sounds reasonable, however we'd want the replacement to be cleared by a moderator. Otherwise people may replace popular uploads by something too different and that would just be confusing. In fact, the best way is probably still to just upload then new version and then report the old one as duplicate. A moderator should then merge the old wallpaper into the new one, which would retain all the tags and favs.
