"Add to Favorites" dropdown collection list not working on Chrome

Dropdown collection list don't show up on latest Chrome (v. 48.0.2564.103 m).

on hover: nothing happens, on click: adds to first favorites collection

so it's unusable on Chrome when you have more than 1 collection.

It works OK on Firefox, IE11 and Edge.
