Say I have a wallpaper in my favourites, and it gets reported as a duplicate. Will it be deleted from my favourites or will it be replaced by the original?

Duplicates are merged, not deleted. Your favourite wallpapers should be there.

I guess not, the only thing could happen is missing tags, if your favorite wasn't original. But this should be fixed in next update.

The ID will change.

All favorites and tags are moved/copied from the deleted wall to the one that stays.
