What's something about you people tend to not fully realize/understand on the surface?

The answer to this question could be something about your art, or it could be something about yourself. What's something people tend to not see/understand about you as an artist or as a person? The kind of thing that would complete the sentences "you wouldn't know it looking at me, but I..." or "it's more than meets the eye when someone says they..."
