Here is an artist that immediately caught my eye when I was scrolling through wallpapers:
Zeen Chin is an Asian artist that portrays all sorts of characters in her work. Atmosphere to me is eerie and somewhat calm despite the movement of figures. I love the way in which she subtly conveys mystical narrative. Clever use of shadow, colors, composition, all visual elements serve a purpose of telling a story.
