Why was my wallpaper listed as pixellated when it clearly isnt?

Hello

excuse the crappy title, my brain didnt function but either way i figured it out.

I get a notification that my wallpaper here: https://wallhaven.cc/w/g716v7

is apparently low quality/pixellated, the resolution is 8000 x 4500 and exported directly from Illustrator which is Vector based, not pixel based, the small photo in the middle yeah okay i can understand that but that is not something i can get larger size of, so i think its pretty unfair that it should be removed because of a small minor part of it instead of counting the entire image.

Can i please have my wallpaper restored?

Don't upscale an image if it will look horrible. High resolution is not always the answer to things. If the photo you have will look terrible blown up then either use a higher resolution image that fits what you're going for, or lower the resolution of the entire wallpaper to match the image. We judge walls at their max resolution.
