The subscription notification page counts the amount of new wallpapers, whereas the notification badge counts the amount of 'tags' you subscribed to that has new wallpapers with those tags
For instance you can have a wallpaper of a car with 4 tags. If you are subscribed to those 4 tags, your subscription page will have 1 new wallpaper (because that wallpaper has those 4 tags) so it only shows the wallpaper once and then the badge will have a count of 4.

Yes, I understand perfectly what's happening, yet I still think this isn't the most intuitive behavior. If I want to know how many wallpapers I have from each tag, there's the list on the left.
Get what you saying and Perhaps you right, Imo its better this way. Otherwise you would end up having the same wallpaper repeated over and over especially if it has very common tags and if you have alot of tag subscriptions.
