I wouldn't tag it as sketchy, but if I did I'd say it's sexually suggestive. You do see this pose at the end of every porn video. Salivating doesn't help the matters.
These things are always hard to distinguish objectively. And though I think you should be at least given a subjective reason why it was classified as sketchy, it's not the end of the world. People can still view it.
It comes down to what you wouldn't want people see you browsing / could be inappropriate in SFW only real-life environments.
Images with a subject in underwear, swimwear, lingerie, latex, etc. but no genitals or (female) nipples showing.
When there's a lot of skin showing it's usually Sketchy.
There's a reason for the Sketchy category. You might be fine browsing this stuff at work / in SFW environments, "some" people aren't.
Again, it's not a big deal. Unless people go out of their way to filter out sketchy they'll see all these.

I mean why does it even matter?
For me personally they are sketchy. Why? Because in my oppinoin sketchy is exactly that suggestive level.
A lot of sketchy stuff is marked as sketchhy because SOME ppl think they are.
And thats exactly what sketchy is all about, i`d say. This "maybe, maybe not" thing.
