Unable to finalize or cancel uploads (404 Not Found)

When I tried to finalize my most recent upload I was redirected to the "404 Not Found" page. I then returned to the uploading page to cancel it and was once again redirected to the same white page.

I am once again having this same problem. My most recent upload is currently stuck in limbo. I can provide the wall number to another staff member if that will help determine what the issue is.

JB00GIE, jump on IRC when you have a chance later this week. I'd like to be on when you're getting this message. Can't think of any reason for it.

AksumkA this is not a common occurrence, it has only happened to me twice in the past two months. Something, or someone, on the site seems to resolve the issue which then allows the upload to complete.

Might be a connection issue?
