[Bug] It is possible to add duplicate tags

Hi, it appears to me, that it is possible to tag a single image multiple times with the same tag if you are fast enough... I noticed when tagging this image with the "bridges" tag:

You can reproduce this issue by typing a tag and klicking on it in the dropdown menu. When you then klick on the [+] Button fast enough, the tag is added a second time.

This seems to be a shortcoming that's hard to fix (but possible to avoid). It's something like the request going through more than once, but the system doesn't know it.

There are also duplicate tags when a wallpaper gets grouped with another (the tags get moved over), but that should be easier to fix.

I was hoping this would be taken care of by the database (consistency in ACID) but apparently that's not happening. The easiest fix will be to have a short delay between clicks that do something…
