Why do uploads with high level amounts of noise get taken down?

I understand that in the upload rules it explicitly states "No low-quality edits" and more specifically "No Noise induced by an ISO value set too high" but there's an exception, the rules also state that "This does NOT include: Noise added/used for artistic value." So I feel like my posts are being mistakenly taken down.

I'd like clarification because my upload kxezz7 was removed due to "to much noise all over the wallpaper" but that's the entire point of the wallpaper.

As someone who likes adding some grain to wallpapers, I also would like to know.

ssaevoli: A. Mavrin did not add noise for artistic reason. Your deleted wall was manipulated. If you prove I am wrong then I'll keep it here and will not delete it again:

NSFWYou need to be logged in to view this wallpaper.

HiguchiMadokaS: No, we are not stupid. We try to maintain this site voluntarily because we love it. And your deleted wall for noise just doesn't need any other comment:

kejsirajbek I obtained the watermarked wallpaper directly from the official website, ensuring that the images remain unaltered and retain the exact quality intended by the photographer.

For reference, here's the link directly from their Patreon; https://kemono.su/patreon/user/30710303/post/92654118

To view the image in full quality, please open it in a new tab by right-clicking.

If my uploads are being removed for not being tagged appropriately, I'll start marking the walls using the noise tag

However, I am curious why posts like this one: https://wallhaven.cc/w/1jx36w which seems to be in a similar situation, have not been removed, is it because the noise effect is tagged?
