When i click crop and scale and click download nothing happens tried it on every web browser doesnt work....

Did you click the resolution you want? Even though it knows your screen size and kind of bolds the one that matches, it isn't selected. So you still have to select a resolution first, then click download.

Choose a resolution from the list (or a custom one) and it will crop it and convert it to png for you to download.
