Is there an app for automatically changing your windows wallpapers given a collection or your favorites?

Yeah, it's not even app my guy but a basic feature for decades

Go to 'personalise' by right clicking your wallpaper and then select 'slideshow' under 'background'

By default it selects pictures from default images/pictures on your PC, but if you 'browse' to a select folder than it will choose from there.

Alternatively you could create a folder with all the images you want then pres Ctrl+A to select them all then right click and click "Set as desktop background" and it will shuffle through them automatically
