I tried uploading Ruby Rose ( The female actor in OITNB ) wallpapers, but seems like it's a manga character. Is there a way to make another tag with the same name, or bypass the manga tag?

I know what you mean, it isn't anime or manga after all. But it is the closest thing, given the limited choice of categories. I guess it would also fit people\fictional characters. But the thing is that, creating another Ruby Rose tag with a different category makes it essentially a duplicate and I can't encourage you to do that. So either deal with it, or report the existing tag with a suggestion to change category to something else, I guess.

Btw, did you watch the 2nd season? Is it good?

Read the rules.

Terms referring to multiple things should have separate tags labelled using parentheses, like Prometheus (movie) and Prometheus (spaceship).
