Ban based on Subjectivity of 'Sexual' Images

    Dear Mods,

    1. Please go through the following images, which are deemed not to break Rule 1 (sexual images):

    d5e7yl p2gwye 4drelg k9mrjd w8xr2x lq1z52 qdweor lq1lor 4dgx7m 8xw8dy mpxd39 2km82m 43vryv p2pz39 13xq1v 4v63gm

    1. Now, see the image upload by me: ex7pqw

    2. One could argue that image uploaded by me is less 'sexual' that tons of images already present in the site.

    3. When it comes to Rules that are subjective, a good reference to is to check images that are already present.

    4. I've uploaded the wallpaper after searching for "vulva+spread legs" in the site, and having images show up that are far more sexual than mine.

Therefore, my humble request is as follows:

    A. Do not issue ban based on rules that are subjective. Instead, just delete the image and explain the rational, so as to avoid such upload in future.

    B. Please unban my upload.

    Marry Xmas.

    Thanks. -EF

I don't know if you did something, but none of the extensions you posted lead to any real images. They all return back with "Wallpaper Not Found." You're going to have to give more context.

However, if it happens that the wallpapers you posted contained images of exposed female genitals with spread legs, then likely one of the following occurred:

    A) The wallpapers you posted as examples had already been reported, and have subsequently been deleted. If they haven't been deleted yet, they will be. There's a massive backlog of reports the mods have to go through on a daily basis and it takes time.

    B) The wallpapers you posted as examples do break the rules, and have just not been reported yet. The mods do not go through every wallpaper as it is uploaded; they rely almost entirely on the reports submitted by users to know when there's a problem. Sometimes a wallpaper that violates the rules slips through the cracks, and other times they're caught almost immediately.

    C) The wallpapers you posted as examples do not actually break the rules for some reason. Now, since the page codes you posted are broken and I can't actually see them, I have no way of guessing what they were. But I do know that the rules prohibit images of naked women spreading their legs and exposing the vulva, or spreading the labia, or of excessive bodily fluids such as lubricant or semen. However, photos of women spreading their legs while wearing panties, swimsuits, strips of cloth, small furry animals, or etcetera are permitted. So if your photo featured a spread vulva and the ones you listed are covered in some fashion, that would be one example of why one would be deleted over the others.

Again, I can't see any of your examples since the links don't work, but that's my most likely guess.

Most of listed wallpapers were reported before and I deleted them all because of broken rule (overly sexual content).

No, the wallpaper I uploaded (ex7pqw) is NOT spreading legs. It is just a naked women sitting on floor. The vulva is hardly visible. The 'focus' is on her face, not her vulva.

I have no way of guessing what they were

I can post an external link, if required.

I deleted them all because of broken rule (overly sexual content)

kejsirajbek: How many of these uploaders did you also ban? Deletion of content, which is subjective is fine, banning users is not.

    Dear kejsirajbek,

Could you please clarify how is my wallpaper (https://w.wallhaven.cc/deleted/72480-wallhaven-ex7pqw.jpg) more sexual than wallpaper you've uploaded (https://wallhaven.cc/w/6qd7gw). Your wallpaper is a women spreading her legs on bed, whereas mine is women sitting on floor.

Or for instance this wallpaper of yours (https://wallhaven.cc/w/6qdex6), a women with sensual gaze pulling down her tops. Her vulva is more clearly visible compared to mine. How is this less sexual than mine?

    Please clarify.

    Thanks. -EF

    kejsirajbek,

Could you please clarify how is my wallpaper (https://w.wallhaven.cc/deleted/72480-wallhaven-ex7pqw.jpg) more sexual than this (https://wallhaven.cc/w/qdm3kr) wallpaper of yours?

Mine is just a lady sitting on floor, without any expression. Your's is a lady in doggy style pose with a sensual gaze.

The vulva is not clearly visible in mine, whereas it is clearly visible in yours.

How did you decide mine is more sexual and then proceeded to ban my uploads?

    Please clarify.

    Thanks. -EF

I can't help but notice that you are using wallpapers from 5 or 6 years ago as exmaples, that are also already reported and in the queue for deletion. These wallpapers were posted before the current set of rules were clarified and expanded upon, but are now being retroactively reported under the new system.

In fact, https://wallhaven.cc/w/6qdex6 has already been removed, and I'm sure https://wallhaven.cc/w/qdm3kr will very soon share the same fate.

All this really demonstrates is that the queue of reported wallpapers is indeed astronomically long, and it takes a while for every rule-breaking image to be deleted. I see no double standard here, only a rather overworked admin team.

Indeed. If you see a wallpaper is reported, it means it hasn't been reviewed yet.

Thanks for bringing this to notice. It didn't occur to me that understanding of rules has evolved over time.

I have no way of guessing what they were

You had asked for the link earlier. I've subsequently posted the deleted link (https://w.wallhaven.cc/deleted/72480-wallhaven-ex7pqw.jpg). Could you have a look at it?

The Rule (#1) clearly says that 'Full nudity' is allowed. What is disallowed is Overly sexual posing, Closeups, penetration, etc.

    1. It is not clear to me how my wallpaper violated Rule #1. Could you (or the Mods/Admins) please clarify.

Spread legs with visible genitals, clearly broken rule. I lock this thread now as it is explained.
