Basically I'm not surprised that all low quality duplicates are not removed. But if I uploaded a duplicate, 2 admins would immediately come running to me, who very diligently remove duplicates and low-quality wallpapers. As I understand it, if you even somehow enter into an argument with one of the administrators, it doesn’t matter if you are right or not, you are simply sent to the ignore list on the forum, because you are garbage not worthy of attention ...
