Hi Back in 2006, I watched a DVD set that was like reading a comic book. There was some animation, but you read dialogue and interior thought in boxes on the screen. What is this format called?
The story was told by, or about, multiple characters. It was culturally inspired by Indigenous or Asian history and involved a young girl living with her community and learning she had great powers.
Episodes were different lengths: some short, some long.
