Fourth rule in uploading section is following: No low-quality edits (rotated, mirrored or picture-in-picture images).

How come all "picture-in-picture" from RaidyHD is allowed?

This image has an good-ish anime character, and a purely shitty background. You can see pixels without zooming in.

The rule clearly states no low quality picture-in-picture The tag picture-in-picture have over 1600 tagged wps.

ye you can see some big artifacts on the bar so it should not really be on this site. however his picture-in-picture things generally dont break any rules as far as i know. not a big fan though...

just waiting for the blacklist thing to work so i can properly filter this kinda shit out...

I think there is a misconception here picture in picture isn't explicitly disallowed what's in parenthesis are just examples of what generally happens to be low quality edits what's forbidden is "low quality edits" you may ignore the parenthesis content AFAIK
