Do you have an article stating exactly what is covered by the Directive ? The articles I found are mainly talking about videos/films, musics and books, and always as a whole (the entire song, the entire book, etc). No clear information about extracts even less still images. And again everyone is talking about this blockbuster or this album selling million of copies, nothing about indie producers or professional photographers (main source of content on Wallhaven).

Also the target of this Directive seem to be the GAFA, I don't think they will bother wallpaper platforms.
