Identification

Hi, me again, with another idea, We have users asking for Identifying people in pictures in the forum every day. It'd be real nice if we could request it on the picture page itself and have a list of unidentified pictures so everyone could ID the pictures easily. Obviously the first few days will be chaos because there are a LOT of these; But I think it will become very smooth after some time.
