When alpha phase is over

Will everything be erased when Alpha phase is finally over?

So when everything is erased why they are merging hundreds of duplicates in the last couple of weeks ? Would be completely useless ?

Yea, it would be a pain losing all my faves and uploads but I don't believe it's gonna happen, same reason as @WallpaperManiac noticed.

Might as well hope it doesn't happen right?

We're not sure yet what we'll delete. There's a good chance we will only do a fairly radical automatic "cleansing" of some kind, to get rid of dead data. If that works out most of your favorites will be safe. But this is not a promise! We'll just have to wait and see.

I have a good feeling about this...

I go to save my favs because a wipe is a wipe , always go to be a lost of data; so to all people i recommend do the same.
