Weird flickering

There is some weird flickering on this site when i'm moving my mouse around and as I'm writing this too.

Here are 2 screenshots, it's hard to capture, but elements disappear and appear.

I'm using Chrome and on a 4K resolution, when I make the window smaller, their is no problem. I never had this problem before, but I don't use this site that often. I don't have problems on any other sites and haven't made any changes on my PC recently.

Well those are definitely glitches on your end, either the browser or maybe graphics driver or card. The background wallpaper is quite big so my guess is some part of your computer can't handle it scaled up to 4K.
