I think it depends on just how creepy gross you picture is. If was removed, then it was not allowed. Move on, if you see others that are as gross as yours was, report them.

Drawings of minors nude or in sexually explicit situations are against site rules, as well as a criminal act in numerous US states. If your wallpaper met either of those criteria, it was deleted. Other wallpapers labelled "lolicon" are probably allowed to stay up because the characters are fully-clothed and not engaged in sexual activity.
