Subscriptions and tag blacklist?

I have a small request/question about the tag blacklist... Could we get an option for subscription blackist ? I have a tag that is blacklisted, but if a specific wallpaper has more tags, and lets say the wallpaper has a blacklisted tag aswell, it will add the wallpaper to my subscribtions... Anyways its hard to explain here are some pictures i hope you understand what i am trying to say :)

So I'm guessing it will never work? That if there 2 tags on a picture and 1 is wanted and 1 is on my blacklist, the blacklist won't override the wanted one. The url above don't work. :)
