For some wallpapers, I see an item Set as profile background in their Tools menu, for others - not.
I suggest adding the same item for wallpapers larger than 2.5mb, but making it (item) gray and showing the tooltip on hover: "Image is overweighted to be setted as background. Please, choose another image". I think this will improve the usability of the site, especially for beginners.
