Though NSFW is the best (and obvious) catchall, Horror/violence/gore being grouped with boobies/booty/porn could be better handled with subclasses.
Like resolution / ratio / color / order, adding this same drop-down menu to the NSFW content button would be great - it will default to 'catchall' when it's selected, then you can filter it if you so choose, like how the ratio defaults to all ratios and you have to actually go to it and set your own parameters for it to filter the content to what you're looking for.
