Downloading wallpaper - It's damaged

Hi, when I try to download the wallpaper below the file is somehow "damaged". I also tried to download it in png or bmp format but it doesn't help. When I upload the "damaged" file to imgur it looks normal so I made a screenshot so you can see how it looks on my pc when I open it up. Why is this happening? Can someone help or explain it to me?

Thank you for the original source. Normally I'm using Opera so I downloaded it in Internet Explorer from the original link but it doesn't help either. It looks still the same when I open it. Also it doesn't matter where I download the wallpaper. External Hard Drive or USB Flash Disk, it's still the same. WTF is this. I don't get it.
