Happens to me as well. Seems to be accessible if there is a new subscription alert though. However after you clear all notices, the page breaks and becomes inaccessible even via the user drop down menu.

Motta123 Oh wait. I just noticed you are trying to access the Upload page. That page isn't broken for me but the subscription page is. Probably breaks because you have pending uploads while I don't.

so TLDR for Gandalf: Subscription page is broken when empty, Uploads is broken when it has pending. xD

EDIT: did an upload test and found that it breaks when going into the tagging phase of uploading.
