Mis-Use of tag / Incorrect tag / intentionally or Color-blind

Hi this wallpaper has a wrong tag "back hair" while the picture is of a person with Red hair. I don't know is it intentional or if the person who uploaded and the person who Featured it are both color-blind. There is also the "dark hair" tag on it which leads to, again, dark hair pictures, and not relating to dark cat hairs of the dark cat in the picture. So can someone responsible correct this to red hair? I see no black hair nor dark hair in this picture. Thanks.
