Even though I added some users to the blacklist, I can still see their uploaded wallpapers in the subscribed tag section. An example below.

From what i understand, the blacklist only really works on the search page, so the issue you are facing isnt a bug, its a feature. Though i do agree that the blacklist should be applied more generally.
