Hello, I'm new here, so bear with me.

A friend showed me an awesome WP, he said came from here. He gave me the image, but I really like that work, and I'd like to find if there are other things by the same author, or around the same subject.

Problem is, a search by file name gave nothing, so I don't know how to proceed.

Is that possible? if so, how do I do?

The easiest way to find what you are looking for is to post it to a forum, and someone will just tell you. You can also search yourself with 'reverse image search' which you can do via many websites, commonly through google images (drag and drop your picture in image search).
