Just a quick question about duplication report guide lines. Is duplicate considered in the literal sense, where only exactly the same image has been uploaded twice. Or is there a case to be made if the 2 images are identical, but they have a different resolution.

I added them both, because they are nearly identical with only the slightest bit of cropping that you wouldn't notice without comparing them side by side. My question is just that when you compare these two images, are these considered different enough that there is no need to report them as being duplicate of each other. Sorry if this sounds so insignificant, I just want to make sure I don't falsely report something.
