Good morning, I have an historical pictures of an east german who jump accros barbwire in berlin ( https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conrad_Schumann). This pictures was deleted for low quality. OK, it's poor quality, but explain me now: How have HD pictures in 1961 with an argentic camera????????? In this case , you can delete all historical WW II pictures of this site. Best regards. It's not always easy to know if a picture is "authentic" or just highly compressed. In this case I'd say it's a bit of both.

I don't mind restoring this particular wallpaper as the photograph carries quite a bit of historical significance and there really doesn't seem to be any higher quality version available. I've found this version which includes some original frame, but it has the same blurry artefacts:
