I recently re-installed google chrome browser When i did enter my login information , i hit enter key but it didn't log me in in that place downloaded some strange file called wallpapers.xlm https://mega.nz/#F!QhUWTYTC!f9nfcrcUfyv7MzaMRY7VUQ

Maybe i did press something additionally but not sure about that

That's our openSearch xml file. The browser isn't supposed to show it to you but for some reason Chrome is trash and sometimes does it anyway. It's used so you can add wallhaven to your browser's search bar.
